Kaitlyn Anne Vincie

Kaitlyn Ann Vincie (born on December 10, 1987) is a American journalist and sportscaster. She is employed by the Fox NASCAR team as a reporter, and is a presenter on their news and updates on a daily basis. show NASCAR Race Hub. Vincie began her interest in stock car racing after she was given a pit-lane entry. She graduated from Christopher Newport University and worked as a reporter for Langley Speedway. Vincie's own NASCAR video blogs were released on SceneDaily, a stock car racing website. Vincie was born on December 10, 1987 in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and was raised in Bridgewater before moving with her family to Warrenton after Vincie had entered high school. Vincie is the youngest child of John and Margaret Vincie. Vincie's grandmother Eleanor N. Logan (a fifth-grade teacher) was her grandfather, who was part of Bridgewater's faculty. Journalism was something she had always been interested in from a young age. Vincie was a graduate of Fauquier High School. She was a track and field competitions, and was a coach of the school's team in wrestling for four years. She was crowned champion in the 800m event of the AAA Cedar Run District. Vincie had a meeting with the journalist Al Pearce who mentored her and provided Vincie with an abundance of information. Vincie graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in communication. Vincie was an intern at the athletics department of the university as well as a job with the USAR Pro Cup Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway. She wrote a senior dissertation on the gender gap in auto racing which was focused on woman race car driver Danica Patrick. She was interested in the sport after she got a pitlane pass for the NASCAR All-Star Race. She cites Krista Voda as well as Wendy Venturini as her inspirations.
