Gillian MacLaren Jacobs

Gillian MacLaren Jacobs born October 19, 1982 is an American actress. Her credits include Britta Perry (NBC comedy series 2009-2015), Mickey Dobbs (Netflix romantic comedy series Love (2016)-2018) as well as Atom Eve (Amazon animated series Invincible 2021). Mimi Rose Howard played a regular role in the fourth season of the HBO comedy series Girls (2012 to 2017). Gillian MacLaren Jacobs was conceived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 19 1982. She was raised by her mother in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Her family was the owners of the Erie Brewing Company (not to be confused with the subsequent brewery of the identical name) and her grandfather, John Martin Magenau Jr., served as President and CEO until the company was shut down in 1978.Jacobs started studying acting at the age of 4 and attended weekend acting classes at the Pittsburgh Playhouse while growing up. She was a regular performer in the Pittsburgh Public Theater. This led to her being cast in Titania's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Mt. In 2000, she graduated from Lebanon High School.
